  4. We are happy to see him and his family in the US. However the Chinese authorities must also stop targeting Chen Guangcheng's extended family and supporters and ensure their safety; respect the full rights of his extended family and supporters, including freedom of movement and freedom of expression; guarantee the rights of Chen Kegui, Chen Guangcheng's nephew, who is held on suspicion of intentional murder,  including his right to access to a lawyer of his choosing and other fair trial guarantees and order a full and impartial investigation into allegations that Chen Guangcheng was tortured in detention and that Chen Guangcheng and Yuan Weijing were beaten whilst under illegal house arrest, and bring those responsible to justice.
